I know how it feels.

to move to a new city to be with someone.

to be gaslit and manipulated.

to have it all on paper but just feel like something is missing.

to leave a good relationship in hopes of finding a great relationship.

to break an engagement and give back the ring.

to go on bad dates feeling like I’m wasting my time.

Each experience I’ve had has given me awareness, tools and tactics that I use to help my clients.

Now I get to help women boost confidence, communication and clarity in their love life.

Going through the work myself has inspired me to help other women know they are not alone and that it will get better! Breakups hurt, regardless of how long the relationship was or who said what.

Our love lives can bring so much pain. However, done consciously, with intention, self-awareness and empathy, they can make life even more beautiful.

Here’s to your heartbreak glow up!

I am a Relationship Coach & a Cat Lady.

Nope, those are not mutually exclusive.

I help people find clarity in their love life. My passion is helping empaths strengthen their relationship to themselves and get back in touch with their needs and dreams. This work sets the stage for a healthy, lasting relationship.

I love all animals, hiking and have an obsession with wellness gadgets. Every Taylor Swift album is a metaphor for a phase of my life. I love to move my body with pilates, running or lifting.

I’m also a published author! My book is called “Feline Astrology: The Horoscope for Your Cat, You Never Knew You Needed”.

“People think a soul mate is your perfect fit, and that’s what everyone wants. But a true soul mate is a mirror, the person who shows you everything that is holding you back, the person who brings you to your own attention so you can change your life.”
